He is survived by his son; Chuck Collins of Lexington and his wife; Karen Richard Collins, brothers; Elmo Collins, Johnny Collins, Eugene Collins, Marcum Collins and Frank Collins, sister; Virgie Ruth and grandchildren; Ciara and Alexa Collins.
