DONIE, Texas - Funeral services for Adelaida V. Armendariz, 69, of Donie were Thursday, Dec. 11, 2003 in St. Mary's Catholic Church with Rev. Carlo Benjamin P. Manaye officiating. Burial took place in Mexia Cemetery under direction of Porter Funeral Home-Mexia.

A member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Mexia, she died Monday, Dec. 8, 2003 at her residence. She was born May 25, 1934 in Kerens, Texas. She retired from Aearo-AO-Safety, Plymouth, about six years ago after 30 years of service.

She was preceded in death by her parents Andrew and Manuela Mora.

Surviving are her husband Emilio Armendariz Perez of Donie; a sister Aurora Vasquez of Donie; a brother Andrew Mora Jr. of Plymouth; two nieces, five nephews; two great-nieces; three great-nephews; and five stepchildren.
