Survivors include daughter, Jaylyn; mother, Marlee; sisters, Winona, Rhonda and Justine; brother Charles; several nieces and nephews; uncles, aunts and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Leonard Jackson.
Services will be held at Davis Funeral Home in Dewey, Ok.
