Born August 4, 1987 in city Sacramento, CA; passed away May 1, 2014 in Sacramento, CA at the age of 26. Beloved daughter of Trudie Werly and Stephen Douglas. Loving sister of Stephanie, Leroy, Joyce, Jerry, & Jessica. Greatly missed by her six year old son Mikah Matrik. She was a loving spirit full of life who loved her dog Teddy, birds and loved to plant. Sarah will never be forgotten and loved by her friends and family. A viewing will be held Friday, May 9, 2014 from 4-8pm at Elk Grove Memorial park & Mortuary, 9189 E. Stockton Blvd. Elk Grove, CA 95624. Services Will be held Saturday May 10, 2014 at 2pm. Arrangements entrusted to Funeral Home (916)732-2031.
