Mrs. Rita Prendergast Nagel, 82, passed away Sunday, Feb. 10, 2002, at Outlook Pointe.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2002, at St. Pius X Catholic Church, with Father Anthony Marcaccio officiating. Interment will follow in Westminster Gardens.
Mrs. Nagel was born in Philadelphia, Pa. and had been a resident of Greensboro since 1952.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William T. Nagel.
Rita is survived by her sons, Sam Nagel of Columbia, S.C., John Nagel of Winston-Salem, Conrad Nagel of Wilmington, Paul Nagel of Colfax; sister, Barbara Farrer of Lake Mary, Fla.; brother, John Prendergast of Jackson, N.J.; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends following the mass at the St. Pius Catholic Church family center.
