ALBERT E LAU, 91, of 318 S Main St., Brillion died Saturday at Calumet Memorial Hospital, Chilton, following a short illness.
Funeral services will be at Trinity Lutheran church, Brillion. The rev. Harlyn Kuschel will officiate with burial in the church cemetery.

Mr. Lau was born Dec. 23, 1885, in the town of Rockland, son of the late Robert and Ellenora Schroeder Lau. He married Anna Schmidt May 9, 1918, at Rantoul. She preceded him in death on April 3, 1937. He was a cheesemaker most of his life and later was supervisor of Calumet Dutch Cannery, Brillion. Mr. Lau was a member of Trinity Lutheran church, and an elder of the church for many years. He was a trustee of the Village of Brillion.

Survivors include two sons, Gerhard of Rt. 2, Brillion and Delbert of Brillion; two brothers, Adolph of Potter and Herman of Rockland; two sisters, Mrs. Clara Schmidt of Rt. 1, Hilbert and Mrs. Frieda Sabiach of Reedsville; ten grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. Two grandchildren, four brothers and a sister preceded him in death.
