She was born July 7, 1945, in Leesburg, to William Ervin Overhall and Julia Estelle Sheppard.
She attended Loudoun County Public Schools and was employed by ECHOworks of Leesburg as a material handler.
She was predeceased by her husband William Richard Robinson Sr., son William Richard Robinson Jr., sisters Phyllis Ann Lucas and Louise Estelle King and brother William Ervin Overhall Jr. She is survived by her son Kenneth Lee Robinson; sister Pearline Bell; granddaughters April Dawn Jackson and Elaina Bell; and four great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be held from 10-11 a.m. Feb. 12, at Lyles Funeral Chapel in Purcellville. Interment will be at Lucas Cemetery near Hillsboro.
