Greg May was a antiques dealer in the town of Bellevue, Iowa.

Greg was murdered by Douglas DeBruin - who had lived with him for several months in 2000 and 2001 - in January of 2001. DeBruin and his girlfriend Julie Miller dismembered May's body. They encased the head in a concrete block - which they left at a truck stop in Kearny, Missouri, and disposed of the rest in rural Iowa. DeBruin and Miller were arrested after trying to sell some of May's property. DeBruin was found guilty of the murder in April of 2005.

On January 7, 2006 the story of Greg May was featured on the CBS series 48 Hours Mystery.
