Edward was an avid farmer his whole life. He was a graduated of Trimble County High School. He worked at Southern States in Campbellsburg, KY for many many years, he was an auctioneer for approximately 30 years. Edward resided in the same house located in Trimble County that he was born in. He was a UK fan and loved going to Little League Baseball games and fishing with his beloved grandsons. He always enjoyed his time he spent in the tobacco stripping room and he would never leave until the last stalk was stripped. Edward never met a stranger especially at the Mini Mart in Campbellsburg, KY where he would spend time with his friends telling stories with a big smile on his face. He was a true friend to all.
Edward leaves to mourn his passing; his beloved wife of 53 wonderful years Linda Sue Leach Fewell, his sons Mark Fewell and his wife Kim of Bedford, KY and Chad Fewell of Hanover, IN, three grandchildren; Seth Hicks, Haley Harmon and Zakk Hicks, his only brother Ernie Fewell and his wife Dena of Bedford, KY, several nieces, nephews and many loving friends all of whom will miss him dearly.
He is preceded in death by both of his parents.
His family has requested memorial donations be made to Carroll County High School Baseball.
