John Willis Bolin, 89, died at 1:48 pm Tuesday, February 28, 1995, at St John's Medical Center in Anderson.
He was born in Cannelton on April 14, 1905, the son of the late Hiram and Margaret Ann Shephard Bolin.
He worked for the State of Indiana as a guard at Pendleton Reformatory for 18 years.
He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Helen Louise Suter in 1984; and five brothers, Ed, Andy, Robert, Charles and Oscar Bolin.
