Bulah Leis
Bulah E. Leis, a cocktail waitress at the Mallory Motor Hotel, died of a blood infection caused by a cyst that had been surgically removed in a Portland hospital Thursday. She was 50.
Mrs. Leis, who had resided in a home on Northwest Skyline Boulevard for the last 35 years, was born in Sheridan, Wyo. She had worked as a waitress at Poncho's and Rose's restaurants and was a member of the Oregon State Grange and the Moose lodge.
Survivors include her husband, Phill; two sons, Myron of Hillsboro and Danny of Beaverton; a daughter, Phillis Binam of Portland; a sister, Kathie Miller of Vancouver, Wash.; three brothers, Clayton Saterthwait [sic] of Billings, Mont., Clifford Saterthwait [sic] of Vancouver, Wash., and Robert Saterthwait [sic] of Sheridan, Wyo.; and four grandchildren.
Funeral will be in Skyline Memorial Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Monday, with interment in Skyline Memorial Gardens.

SHERIDAN - Services for former Sheridan resident, Beulah [sic] E. Lies [sic], 50, were held at 11 a.m. Monday at Skyline Memorial Gardens at Portland, Oregon.
Mrs. Lies [sic] died April 24 of complications following surgery.
She was born in Sheridan, and was the daughter of Clayton and Alta Satterthwait.
Besides her husband, Phil [sic] Lies [sic], of Portland, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Ron (Phyllis) Bynum [sic] of Portland; two sons, Scotty of Hillboro, Oregon, and Danny of Forest Grove, Oregon; four brothers, Clayton Jr. and Marton, both of Billings, Clifford of Vancouver, Wash., and Bobby of Sheridan; one sister, Mrs. Kathy Miller of Vancouver; and four grandchildren.
