He retired from W. L. Gore due to disability.
Mr. Leonard was a member of VFW Post 6027, North East, MD, and a member of the DAV.
Steve enjoyed reading and target shooting.
He is survived by his fiancé: son: his sister: niece: and nephews.
Graveside service, with full military honors, will be held Thursday, May 8, 2014 at 12:00 noon at St. Mary Anne's Cemetery, 315 South Main Street, North East, MD.
