She was born June 7, 1956, in Dayton, to Harrison W. and Paralee Brewer Allen.
Surviving are her mother, Paralee Allen, of Chillicothe; children, Joseph W. Zeigler, Jr., of Chillicothe and Lova l. Zeigler, of Georgia; 4 grandchildren, including, Shania R. Zeigler; brothers, Harrison G. Allen, of Columbus and Marvin Allen, of Kentucky; and a sister, Debbie R. (John) Stanley, of Chillicothe. She was predeceased by her father and brothers, Gary Allen and Arnold Allen.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
