Muncie – Katherine K. Keller, 30, passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at I.U. Health Ball Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on September 14, 1983, the daughter of David and Lori-Layne Van Horn and graduated from Muncie Southside High School.

Kathy was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting. She attended Covenant Partners Ministry.

Along with her parents she is survived by two daughters, Heather Elizabeth and Krystle Dawn; her husband, Michael Keller; grandparents, Charles and Lois Meikle and Don and Helen Van Horn; a sister, Karla Van Horn; aunts, Susan Campbell and Karen Covalt; her uncles, Andy Meikle and Kimo Meikle.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the Doctors and Nurses at I.U. Health Ball Memorial Hospital's Emergency Room and Intensive Care Unit for all of their care and support and a special thank you to Pastor Linda McBride for all the support given to Kathy.
