Louise was a native of Grayson Co., KY, a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and The Seniors Citizens Club at Church.
She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends for whom her heart and home were always open, especially for the 60 years of infamous Derby parties.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ernest C. Dever; her sons, Bobby, Denny and Johnny; a grandson Kelly; her parents; and all of her brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her husband, Samuel C. Webb; seven children, Brenda Miller (Mike), Patricia Jones (Ed), Joseph Dever (Susan), Neil Dever (Anne), Nancy Duncan (Dean), Carolyn Stack (Jerry Thompson) and Sharon Schmelz (Steve); 19 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Monday at St. Lawrence Catholic Church 1925 Lewiston Dr., with burial in St. Andrew Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Sunday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy.
