Willie Ray Anglin, 83, of Memphis, TN,formerly of Loyd Community, died Monday, July 22, 2002 at his home. He was a retired carpenter with M.C. White Construction Co. and was a member of Carpenter Union #345. He was a member of White Station Baptist Church where he was a deacon. He was a WWII U.S. Army Veteran.
Funeral service will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Keith Sherwood and Rev. Dale Gravett officiating. Burial will be in Bruce Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Wright, Memphis; two daughters, Martha Sherwood, Olive Branch, and Linda Sides, Bartlett, Tn.; one son Willie Clayton Anglin, Memphis; one brother, Quinton Anglin, Vardaman; two sisters, Dollie Brown, Bruce, and Francis Murry, Memphis; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
