... Survived by Sue, wife of 27 years; children, Chris, Carmel and Will; siblings, Katie, Betsy and David, other relatives and many close friends. Bill was owner of C&H Chemical and Chemquest. Bill was an active member of the St. Paul Rotary Club for 28 years, serving as president in 1995-96. He was involved with the sister-city relationship with Nagasaki, Japan and the Rotary Roses Fundraiser. He was also passionate about youth development, giving his time to the Rotary Camp RYLA and the International Youth Exchange Program. He was a member of many aircraft associations, the Cammack/Marshall Fund for Children, business, professional and social organizations, Civil Air Patrol and the Sports Car Club of America. Bill was an avid sportsman participating in auto racing, snowmobiling, scuba diving, duck hunting, flying and photography. Bill and Sue have traveled worldwide, recently dedicating a new totem pole near the Peace Park in Nagasaki. Bill was a true "family man" leading the way on many adventures. Bill enjoyed people and is well known for his infectious laughter. He lived by the Rotary motto "Service above self." ...
