Married Ruth Fairfield 26, Mar 1786 Pittsfield, Berkshire Co., Massachusetts. It is assumed she died after 1801, and by 1820-ish when the family relocated to Oneida Co., New York. Her burial site or exact date of death is not known.
Research was conducted by Holland Patent DAR Regent Barbara Granato, and she soon discovered that the Revolutionary War patriot's daughter was buried in the Floyd Cemetery. There was an open space next to her tombstone, which was deemed the appropriate spot to place these two tombstones for father and son.
