Lora-Frances was a woman ahead of her time, she earned her Bachelor degree and graduated from Duke University. She also earned degrees from Emory University, Sophia University, UCLA and San Antonio College.
She proudly served in the military, she served in many capacities in Public Library, Public Health and various military hospitals and eventually became Chief Medical Librarian for Brook Army Medical Center.
She loved music, singing in the church choir and was a member of St. David's Choir group and well as many volunteer activities.
She is survived by her brother, 4 nephews, and 3 nieces, and four cousins.
She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
