Lori was born on September 8, 1961 in Dixon, the daughter of George Edward and Marilyn Sue McCloud Helfrich.
Ms. Jackson is survived by her companion and life partner, Patrick Gilbert of Chebanse; a daughter, Taylor Gilbert at home; her father, George Helfrich of Woosung, IL; two sisters, Penny Helfrich-Sadler of Chebanse and Wendy (John) Hennessy of Elliott; a brother, Rick (Gayle) Helfrich of LeRoy; three step-children, Patrick (Crystal) Gilbert Jr. of Clifton, Alicia (Luke) Patchett of St. Anne and Ginger Fredericks of Manteno; four half-brothers and sisters survive, Sue Helfrich of Franklin Grove, George Helfrich Jr, of Dixon and Greg Helfrich, and Rob Helfrich both of California.
Ms. Jackson was preceded in death by her mother and step father, Marilyn and William Brickle.
Lori loved being surrounded by her family and friends and enjoyed hosting events and gatherings for them at her home and around her swimming pool.
She worked for Presence Oncology Treatment Center in Bourbonnais.
