Adelia "Dale" Friemel Bolte, 86, of Amarillo died Saturday, April 24, 2004.

Rosary will be said at 6 p.m. today in Schooler Funeral Home Brentwood Chapel, 4100 S. Georgia St. Prayer services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Pat Carathers of St. Hyacinth's Catholic Church officiating.

Mrs. Bolte was born in Umbarger. She married Siegfried Bolte in Umbarger in 1955. She ran restaurants in Umbarger, including the Rhinegold Restaurant, for more than 35 years. She was a loving person to everyone she met.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1999.

Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Brockwell of Umbarger; a son, Jimmie Brockwell of Longview; two sisters, Emmie O'Dell of Amarillo and Christine Koch of Temple; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Amarillo Heart Group, 1901 Port Lane, Amarillo, TX 79106.
