RITES HELD FOR CHAS. L. CAMINK

Charles Leslie Camink, 58, proprietor of Berlin's general store and a life-long resident of that community, died in Holzer hospital at 6:15 o'clock Tuesday morning.
Mr. Camink, familiarly known as "Dutch" to many friends and acquaintances, suffered a stroke, and was taken to the hospital a week ago.
He was the last postmaster of Berlin Cross Roads, before the post office was discontinued and the mail handled though Wellston rural mail carrier.
As the general store proprietor, he was an honorary "Mayor" of Berlin, and widely known to all residents.
He was never married. Surviving are four brothers, Ernest, William, Edgar and Ray Camink, all at home and one sister, Miss Frances Camink of Columbus.
Funeral services were held Thursday morning at 11 o'clock at the Camink home in Berlin, with the Reverend B. H. Webbeler of the Wellston Methodist church officiating.
Interment was in Salem cemetery under the direction of the Gaskill funeral service.
