Matthew Wayne Powell, age 46, died on April 25, 2014, at an assisted living facility in Peoria, Arizona. He was born on September 25, 1967, in Page Arizona, to Betty Jean Fuqua and Kenneth Dean Powell, along with his twin sister Michelle.
Survivors include his father Kenneth Powell; siblings Jay (Leesa), Dean (Joann), Michelle, Michael and Geoff; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday May, 1, 2014 at 11:30 a.m., at Mosdell Mortuary, with a viewing from 10:30-11:15 a.m. Burial will be at the Fredonia Cemetery. Arrangements were made with Mosdell Mortuary.
