SOUTH BEND – Dianne L. Wilson, 53, passed away at 11:54 PM Friday, April 18, 2014 at Memorial Hospital, South Bend. Dianne was born on December 26, 1960 in South Bend, IN to Richard and Marilyn (Weber) Wilson and lived much of her life in Philadelphia, PA, where she worked as an Industrial Safety Specialist for several companies.

She is survived by her parents, Richard and Marilyn Wilson of South Bend; sisters, Margie Falls of Tuscaloosa, AL and Jennifer (James) Witmer of Mishawaka; brothers, Michael (Rebecca) Wilson of Bremen and Andrew (Shannon) Wilson of Voorheesville, NY; brother-in-law, Gene Falls; 11 nieces and nephews, Anthony (Courtney) Wilson, Lyndsey Meggs, Benjamin Wilson, Hannah Falls, Maurice Wilson, Cassandra Wilson, Lucas Wilson, Sydney Wilson, Seth Wilson, Clara Witmer and Landon Witmer; 3 great nieces and nephews, Caleb, Parker and Sawyer Wilson. Dianne was a blessing to, and blessed by, a very large extended family and a vast network of close friends.

Dianne was very involved in her church home, Church of the Saviour, where she lived her strong faith for the Lord through missions work and high school mentoring programs. Her compassion for people knew no bounds. All who met her experienced her generous and loving spirit. She loved to spoil her nieces and nephews and cherished her title of "Aunt Di". Dianne had a love for animals especially her cat Peticha . Also dear to her heart was her beloved city of Philadelphia, Jersey shore and the East Coast. Even more, she loved to travel to all parts of the world.

Funeral services for Dianne L. Wilson will be at 11:00 AM Thursday, April 24, 2014 at St. John's United Church of Christ, 63900 State Road 331 Woodland, Indiana 46614. Friends may gather with the family on Wednesday, April 23 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Palmer . Memorial contributions may be made to the Church of the Saviour Missions Fund, 651 N. Wayne Ave., Wayne, PA 19087 or to the National MS Society Greater Delaware Valley Chapter, 30 S. 17th Street, Suite 800, Philadelphia, PA.
