Ferne J. Martin, 89, of Clayton passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2012. She was a member of the Miami Valley Golf Club where she loved to golf and play cards. She was preceded in death by a daughter Tamara Jo. Survived by her loving husband of 57 years Robert (Bob) Martin, daughter Debra Martin of Kettering, son Marshall Martin of Wilmington, a sister Virginia Patrick of Hershey, Pennsylvania and numerous nieces, nephews, family and dear friends. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday at Baker--Hazel and Snider Funeral Home, 5555 Philadelphia Drive at North Main Street. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00 noon until time of services. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Hospice of Dayton in Ferne's memory.
