Mrs. IRENE M. HOLLINGSWORTH, wife of Harrie J. Hollingsworth, 640 Summit Avenue, died at the Garlock Memorial Convalescent Home Monday following an illness of three years, aged 92 years. Born in Harford County, Md., she was a daughter of the late Amentis T. and Ellen (Hanna) Patterson. For the past 46 years she had lived here in Hagerstown. She and her husband would have celebrated their 79th wedding anniversary this coming January 21.
She was a member of the First Christian Church and of the Ladies Bible Class.
Surviving, besides her husband, are a son, Webster B., Hagerstown, and a sister, Mrs. Nellie B. Lane, Severna Park, Md.
Services were held at the A.K. Coffman Funeral Home; interment was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
