LAKE PRESTON – Funeral service for Mrs. Leaman (Mary) Jones, 76, of Lake Preston, who died Saturday at Kingsbury Memorial Hospital, will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. in United Methodist Church. The Rev. Emil Eberhart will officiate and burial will be in the city cemetery.
She was born May 14, 1897 to Mr. and Mrs. John Fishan. She married Leaman Jones June 30, 1924 in De Smet. They lived in the Lake Preston area several years.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Herbert, Minneapolis, and Duwain, Everett, Wash.; three grandchildren and a great-grandchild; three sisters and a brother.
Pallbearers are Myron Goodhope, Gale Odden, Lewis Sneesby, Otto Hasche, Cecil Abel and Gene Streeter.
Johnson-Henry Funeral Home announced funeral arrangements.
