She was born May 15, 1945, in Coburn, Va., the daughter Edna (Harvey) Meade. She married Samuel Carr on May 29, 1964, and he survives. Beverly was a homemaker and previously a member of Church of God of Prophecy. She enjoyed playing softball when she was younger.
Surviving are her husband, Samuel; daughter, Felica (Scott) Mischari of Port Clinton; grandchildren, Anthony (Mindi) Mischari of Marblehead, Deanna Mischari of Port Clinton, Domonic Mischari of Port Clinton; great-grandchildren, Tegan Mischari, Lucas Mischari; brothers, Ronnie (Linda) Meade of Arizona, Gary (Ruth) Meade of Port Clinton; and sisters, Evelyn (Wayne) Weber of Florida, Shelby Meade of Toledo.
She was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Lausia Christina Mischari; brother, Joe Meade; and sister, Judy Parker.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Sunday, May 4, at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Peninsula Chapel, Lakeside-Marblehead. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, May 5, at the funeral home. Reverend Alfred Havens will be officiating. Burial will be in Sackett Cemetery, Danbury Township.
