PASS CHRISTIAN -- Mr. Will Walker, 80, died Friday, July 31, 1998, in Pass Christian.
Mr. Walker, a former resident of Gulfport, was a member of Mercy Seat Baptist Church in Gulfport and formerly employed by Hospkins Construction Co., as a Laborer. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army with a honorable discharge.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Annette Walker; his parents, Saul and Catherine Magee Walker; six brothers, George Walker, Simon Walker, Robert Walker, James Walker, Sidney Walker and Jack Walker; and a sister, Dina Walker.
Survivors include a daughter, Carrie Walker of Chicago; a sister, Annie Mae Gage of Pensacola, Fla.; and a grandchild.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m to 6 p.m. tonight at J.T. Hall Funeral Home chapel in Gulfport. A service will follow at 6 p.m. from the chapel, with burial at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Biloxi National Cemetery in Biloxi.
