A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mary Canady Branham, 87, of Camden, SC, will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, May 3, 2014 at the First Church of the Nazarene in Camden. Rev. David Snodgrass and Rev. Hoke Robinson will officiate. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7:00-8:30 PM on Friday, May 2, 2014 at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel. Memorials may be made in Mary's memory to the First Church of the Nazarene, 2276 Jefferson Davis Highway, Camden, SC 29020.

Mary Canady Branham, widow of James D. Branham, died Wednesday, April 30, 2014. She was born in Soperton, GA, the daughter of the late Eva Foskey Canady and Leon Canady. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene and was retired from DuPont.

Mary is survived by her sons, Irving W. Branham (Jeannie) and Marshall Branham (Kaye), both of Columbia, SC; grandchildren, Christy Collier (Shane) of Trinity, FL, Amy Burnette (Anthony) of Elk River, NC, Jeremy D. Branham (Kristen) of Folsom, CA and Jeffrey R. Branham of Dallas, TX; 10 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Doris Smith (Donald) of Waynesboro, GA;

Besides her husband and parents, Mary was predeceased by her sister, Ruby Pullum and brother, Otis Canady.
