Bishop Charles L. M. Milne of Union ward died late Friday night at the L. D. S. hospital, at the age of 46 years.
Bishop Milne was a son of Robert and Susan Milne of Union, Utah, and was born June 3, 1871, at Normanton, Yorkshire, England. He came to this country with his parents at the age of 2 years and his education was acquired at a district school and at the Brigham Young University at Provo.
He leaves a widow and six children - Ivan, Marion, Glenn, Orville, Donald and Vivian, the second named son being now in France with the American forces there.
Twenty-six years ago Mr. Milne married Martha R. Brady, daughter of Marion H. and Lucy Brady, who were among the early pioneers of Utah.
Funeral services will be held in Union ward meeting house tomorrow afternoon at 1 o'clock.
