Kelly Jo Moss, 26, of Eau Claire, passed away suddenly at her home January 2, 2006.

She was born December 31, 1979, to Sharon (Nichols) and James Moss. She graduated from North High School in 1998. Kelly worked at Northwest Pathways to Independence, Inc., in Chippewa Falls, where she worked with developmentally disabled adults. She took pride in her work and enjoyed helping others. She also enjoyed camping, fishing, spending time with her friends and family and lived for Harley-Davidson. She had a special place in her heart for animals.

Survivors include her mother, Sharon Moss of Eau Claire; father, James (Jean) Moss of Colfax; two brothers, Jason (Debra) Nichols and their son, Tyler Ray, of Elk Mound and Travis Moss of Eau Claire; half-sister, Janelle Moss and her daughter, Cara, of Eau Claire; two uncles, Don Nichols and Dave (Percine) Nichols, all of Eau Claire; several cousins; and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Raymond and Esther Nichols; and paternal grandparents, Sonny and Dorothy Moss.

Kelly has now found peace with the Lord, and went to join her grandparents in heaven. She was loved by all who knew her, and will be sadly missed.

A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 7, 2006, at Grace Lutheran Church, with the Rev. David Irgens officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, town of Washington.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, January 6, at Fuller-Speckien Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service Saturday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred. Condolences may be sent online at www.fullerspeckien.com.
