Elizabeth married Dr. Thomas Walker after his first wife, Mildred (Thorton) (Lewis) Walker, died after giving birth to her 16th child. Elizabeth helped raise Thomas' children but together they had none.Elizabeth Gregory (c1724-96)(dsp) married (1) in 1742, her stepbrother Henry Willis, Jr. (1722-1757), son of Col. Henry and Anne Alexander Willis (1689-1726); (2) c1757, Reuben Thornton (c1716-68), of Caroline County, Va.; (3) in 1781, noted explorer Dr. Thomas Walker (1715/6-94), of Albemarle County, Va.; and (4) in 1796, Weston Alcock, of the British Army.
