Minnie Louise Haney Blair, 54, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, March 25, 2006, at her home following a long illness.

Born January 1, 1952, in Paintsville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Norma Jean Castle Haney of Paintsville, Ky. and the late Elmer Haney, Sr.

Mrs. Blair was a retired L.P.N.

Besides her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Elmer Haney, Jr.

Survivors besides her mother include a son, Greg Blair and wife, Trina of Oak Hill; a daughter, Deana Asbury and husband, Andy of Fayetteville; three grandchildren, Kayla Asbury, Seth Asbury, and Daniel Asbury, all of Fayetteville; a sister, Deloris Smedley and husband, Bob of Paintsville, Ky.; six brothers, Johnny Haney and wife, Brenda, Gerald Haney and wife, Missey, and Mike Haney and wife, Mary Beth, all of Paintsville, Ky., Sam Haney and wife, Rose of Lexington, Ky., and Everett Haney and Randy Haney and wife, Tammy, all of Paintsville, Ky.

Service will be 12 Noon, Monday, March 27, 2006 at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel, Oak Hill with the Rev. Delmas Wolfe officiating. Burial will follow in High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill. There will be no visitation.
