Naomi D. Green Sigler, 99, of Salisbury, died Monday, April 28, 2014, at Goodwill Mennonite Home, Grantsville.

Born June 16, 1914, in Elk Lick Twp., Pa., she was the daughter of the late Alvin and Amelia (Miller) Schrock. She was also preceded in death by her two husbands, Elmer G. Green and Evan Sigler; one daughter, Louise Longanecker; one son, Richard Green; two sisters, Alta Schrock and Emma Kinsinger; and one brother, Allen Schrock.

Mrs. Sigler was one of the first volunteers in the early days of the Springs Folk Festival and was a clerk and waitress for Penn Alps Restaurant and Craft Shop. She was a member of the Salisbury Church of the Brethren.

She is survived by three sons, Allen Green, Salisbury, Blaine Green, New Market, James Green, Fort Hill, Pa.; one daughter, June Walker, LaVale; four sisters, Orpha Shrader, Ada Schrock and Elnora Schrock, all of Salisbury and Evelyn Kauffman, Moundridge, Kan.; 17 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 179 Miller St., Grantsville, on Thursday, May 1, 2014, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Friday, May 2, 2014, at 10 a.m. with Pastor Owen Guengerich and Pastor Danny Whitacre officiating.

Interment will be in the Grantsville Cemetery.
