He was a very talented drummer and musician in the Dallas and Hollywood area. A.J. played with many bands and did solo work as a singer/songwriter. He studied at Musician Institute in Hollywood, California.
A.J. is survived by his mother, Sandra Livingston of Frisco, Texas; father, James Carroll and wife Mary of Pecan Gap, Texas; siblings, Alexandra Headley of Plano, Texas, Alanna Headley of Plano Texas, Christie Carroll of Rosenberg Texas, Debra Turner of Austin Texas; brother, Jimmy Carroll Of Arlington, Texas; longtime girlfriend, Marion DeMartini of Hollywood, California and a host of other loving family and friends.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 2, 2014 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel in Allen, Texas The family will receive friends during a visitation on Thursday evening from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
