Connie L. (nee Ingram) Hamilton, age 69, passed away Sunday, March 28, 2010.
She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Levi J. Hamilton; children: Teresa Kesler, Mark (Debra) Hamilton, Brenda Moser and Lori (Don Kuhlman) Hamilton; nine grandchildren: Eric (Patty) Griffin, Chad Hamilton, Amy Boysel, Tiffany (Michael) Daray, Keith Griffin, Lace (Aaron) Kessel, Rachael Walters, Barbara (Jeremy) Walters and Heather Moser. Six great-grandchildren: Jacob, Austin, Kameran, Greyson, Makenzie and Cole. Also survived by a sister, Betty Gidcumb; one brother, Richard (Diane) Ingram; and many nieces and nephews.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents: Max and Maxine (nee Smith) Ingram; two sisters: Shirley (Martin) Courneya and Sue (Bill) Struhar.
Connie enjoyed camping, gardening, feeding and watching the birds. She enjoyed playing POGO games on the computer. She was an avid follower of the television series "Lost". Connie will be greatly missed by all.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 31, 2010 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM atChapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Avenue, Schererville, IN. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 1, 2010 at the funeral home with Minister Violet Jenkins officiating.
Entombment will be in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN.
