Clarence was born on March 24, 1932 in Bloomington, IN; he was the son of Clarence H. and Pearle M. (Hopper) Barrow.
Clarence was a retired Army First Sergeant. He worked as a clerk for the post office and was a MCCSC bus driver for several years.
Clarence is survived by his wife Carolyn "Joyce" Barrow of Bloomington; three sons Mark H. Barrow (Maureen) of San Diego, Dennis G. Barrow (Bonnie) of Zionsville and James N. Barrow of Bloomington; four grandchildren Michael Barrow, Angela Barrow, Alexis Windham and Tyler Barrow; two sisters Dolly Bartlett and Juanita Good; and two brothers Duke Barrow and Melvin Barrow.
He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Araina Loyce Barrow.
A private memorial will be held at a later date.
