KEVIN ASHLEY BRIDGES
1967-2006
Kevin Ashley Bridges, 38, passed away peacefully after a brief illness Tuesday evening surrounded by family and friends. Kevin was a native of Pensacola, a graduate of Tate High School Class of 1986 and member of the Show Band of the South. He was employed with International Paper Co. for many years and was a member of St. Monica's Episcopal Church.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, O.D. Milling and grandmother, Nella Mae Bridges.
He is survived by his mother, Diane Bridges of Cantonment, father, Ronnie Bridges of Pensacola, brother, Danny Bridges of Cantonment, sister, Dawn Bridges Brown of Walnut Hill, nephews, Zach Bridges and Travis Bridges, his grandmother, Mae Milling, grandfather, James R. Reagan, his best friend, Paul Frizzell of Cantonment and a host of other family members.
Funeral services will be held 9:00 am Saturday December 9, 2006 at St. Monica's Episcopal Church with Father David McDowell-Flemming celebrant. Interment will follow at Pensacola Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be, Shawn Mars, Paul Durant, Nathan Botts, Steven Benjamin, Andy Martin, Bob Dandridge, Carlton Shoemoe and David Durant.
The family will receive friends at Faith Chapel North-Cantonment Friday evening from 6pm to 8pm.
