Nathian/Nathan was the eldest son of James and Charity (Jennings) Turner. He was the husband of Mary Racheal/Rachel (Linder) Turner (his first wife) and the widow Julia Ann(Goodbread) Martin (his second wife). Nathan was the grandson of Israel and Charity (Freeman)Jennings who are buried on what was an old family farm in Georgetown, Brown County, Ohio. Nathan was the father of Olivia "Livy"(Turner)Miller, Gillian Ann "Jilly" (Turner)Brook/Brocks, Charity(Turner)Windle, William Henry Turner, Matilda JANE "Jennie"(Turner) Keller, Mable(Turner)Vickers and Aaron Turner, Nathan Turner Jr. and Rasmus Eugene Turner. Nathan is a direct descendant of the Mayflower through his grandmother Charity Freeman Jennings via the Freeman line, thus all of these children are direct descendants of the Mayflower.
