Keith Allan Brooks, age 51, of Findlay died at 8:15 AM Saturday, April 26, 2014 at Fox Run Manor. He was born on November 30, 1962 in Lima, Ohio to George and Wilma (Wright) Brooks, his mother survives.
Also surviving are: three sons, T.J. (Kayla) Brooks of rural Bluffton; Preston (Claire) Brooks of New Albany and Garrett Brooks of Arlington; a brother, Mark (Cherlynn) Brooks of Findlay; two sisters, Lisa (John) McMaken of Urbana and Jayna (Al DeFrench) Heacock of Findlay; along with several nieces and nephews.
He was a 1981 graduate of Arlington High School and had worked for Cooper Tire and Rubber Company for over 13 years as a tire builder. Keith was an avid OSU fan and enjoyed golf.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Arlington with Pastor Steven Edmiston officiating. Burial will follow in Arlington Cemetery, Madison Twp. Visitation will be from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM on Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Arlington Athletic Boosters in his memory.
