Gloria M. Spotts, 79, of 167 Morning Star Lane, Loganton, passed away at home on Sunday, April 27, 2014.
Born in Lock Haven on July 8, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Nelson D. and Mary S. (Fidmick) Miller.
Gloria was a 1952 graduate of St. Agnes Catholic School, Lock Haven.
She was married to Eugene L. Spotts, who passed away on Oct. 12, 1996.

Gloria was the former tax collector for Logan Township, Clinton County, and volunteer coordinator of the Sugar Valley Charter School.
She was a member of the St. Johns, U.C.C., Tylersville, where she formerly held the positions of Sunday School teacher, council member and member of the choir.
Gloria was the past president of the Women's Aglow Fellowship of Bellefonte and Lock Haven.
She is survived by five sons, Eugene David Spotts, Alan K. Spotts, Barry N. Spotts, Randall W. Spotts and Gary L. Spotts, all of Loganton; a daughter, Julie Ann Spotts Katona, of Shermansdale; a brother, Charles Miller, of Montoursville; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2014, at 11 a.m. in St. John's U.C.C., 3782 Narrow Road, Tylersville, with the Rev. Roger Snyder officiating. A viewing will be held in the Wayne P. Urbine Funeral Home, Inc., 95 E. Main St., Loganton, on Wednesday, April 30, 2014, from 6 to 8 p.m., and also at the church, one hour prior to the service. Final interment will be held in the St. Paul's Evangelical United Brethren Cemetery, Logan Mills.
