A native of Spartanburg, he was the son of Willie Sims Walker and the late Thomas Walker. Survivors in addition to his mother include one brother, Kelvin Walker of Durham, NC; two sisters, Joanie Walker and Debra Walker both of Capital Heights, MD. The family will receive friends at the home of his mother, 228 Charlesworth Avenue.
