Mrs. Craft was a native of Worth County, Georgia and was the daughter of the late John Terrell Ward and Maudie Lee Walls Ward. she was the step daughter of the late Eula Othel Howell Ward. She was a member of the New Prospect Freewill Baptist Church and was preceeded in death by her husbands: Clinton Glenn Giddens and Gerald Edison Scott and a son, Gary Powell.
Survivors include her children: Melvin Giddens of Ashburn, Sharon Giddens Ming and husband, Jamie Ming of Georgetown , Georgia, 2 brothers: Jerry Ward of Lenox, and Terry Ward of Tifton. and 6 sisters: Sue Tripp, Zelda Fender, Tina Tanner, Nell Handley, Melba Brown, and Teresa Ward, all of Ashburn.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, RIchard Ward, and a sister, Patsy Brooks
