BROTHER OF LOCAL MAN DIED FRIDAY

Services for Clark H. Walker, 63, 1338 North Seventh street [Burlington, Iowa], were held at the Giles funeral home in Burlington at 2 p.m. Monday, conducted by Reverend A. R. Bernadt, Oak Street Baptist church. Interment was made in Aspen Grove cemetery. Walker died at Mercy hospital Friday afternoon.

A life resident of Des Moines county, Walker was born in December 1880. He farmed until 5 years ago. He and Ida Wischmeier were married in 1903. Walker was a member of the Methodist church.

Surviving are his widow; a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Bohlen of Burlington; a son, Kenneth, Burlington; a sister, Mrs. William Walker, Des Moines county; 2 half sisters, Mrs. Oliver Pogemiller of Des Moines county and Mrs. Edward Brandmeier, Mediapolis; one brother, M. C. Walker, of Morning Sun; 2 half brothers, James E. Cluff of Des Moines county and A. G. Cluff of Mt. Pleasant; and 3 grand children.
