Dan Brown passed away April 22, 2014, at his residence. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lizzy Hieper; brother, Dick Brown, Jr.; sisters Nina Jimmy, Ruth Johnson, LaVerne Brigham, Helen O'Toole and daughter, Evelyn Brown. He is survived by his wife, Lorena Brown; children Dorothy Brown, Marlene Ortega, Velma Brown, Leonard Brown, Danny Brown, Rozina Sampson, Johnny Bobb and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held April 28, 2014, at the Smith Family Funeral Home in Fallon followed by a gravesite service at the Austin Cemetery in Austin, Nevada.
