She was born to the late Harvey and Hannah Hall on October 5, 1929 in Hurricane, UT. She graduated from Hurricane High School in 1948. Later she attended Dixie College, University of Utah and then transferred to Idaho Falls Nursing program and completed the Registered Nursing program. Later she received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Weber State College.
She met her husband James Robertson while attending the University of Utah. They were married in Utah in 1951 and were married for 63 years. They have lived in Idaho, Nevada, Utah and California.
Lena was a Registered Nurse working for 40 years in nursing homes, hospitals and as a visiting nurse.
She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed many associations such as the Daughters of Utah Pioneers, The Assistance League and the Red Hatters. She enjoyed giving, loving and laughing with family and friends. She was always ready to help and give to those in need.
Lena is survived by her husband, James; her four sons, Gordon, James Lee, Warren Scott and Gerrald; daughters-in-law, Lana, Sue and Tara; she is also survived by nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service for Lena will be held on Saturday May 3, 2014, 10 am at the LDS chapel located at 800 Brookside Rd, Stockton, CA.
