"MARTIN T. RICHARD "DICK" MARTIN, age 81, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Sept. 20th. Devoted husband, of 59 years, to Betsy (nee Ross). Loving father of Susan Martin (Larry Fournier) and Ross Martin (PJ). Dear grandfather of Andrew, Grace, Ellie and Katherine. Brother of Jean Kniess.

Dick served on Bay Village City Council for 38 years, City Council President for 32 years.

Retired financial advisor for several investment firms.

Memorial Services Monday, Oct. 10th, at Bay Presbyterian Church, 25415 Lake Rd., with a reception to follow. Internment private.

The family suggest donations to University of Wisconsin Foundation, 1848 University Ave., Madison, WI 53726-4090, The Bay Village Foundation, P.O. Box 14022, Bay Village, OH 44140 or to a charity of your choice. A special note of thanks to the staff at Brighton Gardens.
