Jay was retired and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Born April 10, 1934 in Illiopolis, Illinois, son of the late Russell K. & Elberta M. (Rheude) Mullikin.
He is survived by a brother of Gatlinburg, TN, and a sister (living) Fellenstein of Olathe, KS, a nephew, a niece, a great niece and 3 great nephews.
He was preceded by a sister Mary Elizabeth Mullikin.
