Mr. Tomlinson, age 80 of Lebanon passed away Thursday, July 25, 2013, at University Medical Center. Born December 24, 1932, in Wilson County, he is the son of the late Isaac Means Tomlinson, Sr. and Flora Mae Bundy Tomlinson. He was an Army veteran and a lifelong farmer. He was a member of the Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Mary Tomlinson, Mamie Leek, and Minnie Lee Tomlinson; and two brothers, Frank Tomlinson and Woodrow Tomlinson. He is survived by his wife of fifty three years, Peggy Birchett Tomlinson; three children, Donna (Walter) Neal; Rick (Ketty) Tomlinson; and Doyle Tomlinson; two grandchildren, Brent (Taite) Neal and Lindsey Neal; great grandchild, Harper Neal; and two nephews, Donald (Barbara) Tomlinson and their children, Chris and Amanda; and David (Ann) Tomlinson and their daughter Lisa.
